This will be a short and sweet retreat to purify, heal and release frustrations and emotional burdens we have within. We will have activities like walks, integration circles, meditations, energy exercises to reconnect to our higher selfs.
The rituals and ceremonies will allow us to awaken the sacred medicine in our been, opening the flame of love in our hearts to illuminate our being, experiencing a true existential change, beginning a new life in harmony with ourselves, Mother Earth and the Great Spirit.
During this retreat we will visit the Perolniyoc Waterfall and the Ñawpa Iglesia altar, where we will be able to walk and meditate, exercise mindful breathing, feel the connection with Mother Earth, sister Water and brother Wind, purifying our physical body, raising the frequency of our energy, preparing ourselves to share the sacred plant medicine and participate in our Ayahuasca Ceremony in full love and healing.
UPCOMING RETREATS
FIRST DAY. Cusco - Socma Village - Sacred valley
Departure from Cusco at 07:00, after arrive to Socma village we will receive instructions for start our "Conscious Walk" to the Perolniyoc’s waterfall, so that with it’s waters, we can purify our physical body, connecting with the water to release our sadness, taking away the pain and purifying our essence, then we will return to the town to take our transportation and get to the altar "Ñawpa Iglesia" to participate in a Shamanic ceremony of energy activation and reconnection.
After the Ritual ends, we go to Puma Wasi Retreat center in Calca, there we can enjoy and find our space to rest and meditate.

At night Ayahuasca ceremony (7:00 pm).
SECOND Day. Rest and Return to the city of Cusco.
Day of rest and relaxation, perfect to process and reflect the experience we had during the ceremony. In the circle of integration we can share our experiences, then we will prepare our offering to the Mother Earth and Great Spirit, for giving us the opportunity to receive the blessing and healing through the Mother Ayahuasca.

01 night of lodging in the ceremony space. (We have mattresses and blankets)

WE RECOMMEND TO BRING

Offering for the Perolniyoc Waterfall (Corn Kernels, Grains and Flowers 250gr. approx.)

Warm wool or Polar Clothes, Thick Socks or Booties, Poncho or personal blanket.

Bathing clothes or quick dry clothes and small towel for the waterfall.

A change of clothes for after the Purification at the Waterfall.

Fruit for after the Ayahuasca ceremony.

Bottle of water and roll of toilet paper.
PREPARATION
Preparation is important for your participation. The preparation is done at least 3 days before the ceremony. The recommendation is as follows

Read the terms and conditions for your registration

Fill out the registration form correctly answering all the questions.

Refrain from consuming any type of meat.

Refrain from the consumption of salt added to food.

Abstain from the consumption of sugar or foods and fruits with excess of sweetness (Desserts, Mango and Pineapple).

Abstain from the consumption of Coffee or products with Caffeine content.

Abstain from the consumption of Alcohol, Wine and Beer.

Abstain from the consumption of Marijuana or Cannabis.

Drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before breakfast for 5 days before the ceremony
